Logistics alone prove this point. A superpower can mobilize it's entire military anywhere in the world quickly to meet the fight. Not many I've seen that can do that.

I think there are many countries that can withstand an invasion. The fact is, there's a lot of countries that if invaded, would have many allies.
For quantity, U.S.
For quality, it's close between Israel and Britain.
The M16 wich is much older the the LA86 in fact actually has a higher muzzle volocity and a farther range. Besides it's going to be replaced soon.
Quality is Britains only argument against the U.S. and it's total bullshit anyway. O just to let you know most of Englands nukes are leased from the U.S. technically they don't own them. Yes this is the truth. It's because of certain European treaties that they only have a few of their own nukes.
