ethics : IS IT TIME TO PUT AN END TO 'OPEN CASKET' FUNERALS?

I am not going to allow my funeral to be an open casket funeral, I find it to be morbid. I know that many people like to be able to have that final 'closure' that comes with seeing the body, but I still don't think it's very appropriate. Is it time to end the practice?

I think it helps with closure, probably should be left to each family or the deceased if he made his wishes known
