I worry that a certain group of people -- most likely the Religious Right -- will gain power from this and start pushing to ban more and more stuff because they find it to be against their beliefs or tastes; it'll essentially be a wholesale reduction of standard freedoms.

COMMENTS:
If it sets a 'dangerous precedent' of banning murder of the living but unborn, I am all for it. You do not have to be the religious right to be against murder.
