The ideal weight for a woman is whatever it takes for her to be healthy and comfortable with herself. Thin women are always worried that they're getting fat, so you need to constantly reassure them. A woman that is already undeniably fat but comfortable with her body would be lower maintenance... but that's about as common as a man who'd be comfortable with having a 1 inch penis.

IT DOES DEPEND ON THE HEIGHT. A chick that's 5 feet tall and weighs 130 is fat as hell, but a chick that's 5'10" and also weighs 130 is really skinny!

Not every woman can be 100 pounds. That really isn't even healthy if she's more than about 5'5", to be honest...If she's 6 feet, then really 160 to 170 is more appropriate. Then again, if she's 5'2" 100 to 110 or so...
