No. Giving such unfit men power and authority is irresponsible and is insulting to the corps into which they are placed. It exposes innocents to brutality, on foreign soil and back at home, where the thirsts will remain unslaked, but their skill sets will have been improved.
I voted no on this ballot, but if we could be assured that these psychos would be placed on the front lines of raging battles, then, maybe.

Most of the time, the various aptitude and sych exams the military gives recruits manages to weed out these elements, usually to rehire them as wet-work operatives.

If my country was actually in real danger (as in world war 2 for example) I would fight for it.
Count me out though if its just a bit of desert combat training at the expense of the taxpayer and a few hundred thousand innocent civilians.
