Mister Lott, Mister Barbour, you've got a mess o' work to do...
Technically Mississippi. If you are female and not a virgin, the age of consent is 12 (although otherwise it is 16). Idaho and Hawaii have theirs set at 14 and South Carolina's is 14 for females. Connecticut, Colorado, and Virginia have age of consent set at 15. All other states are 16 or over.
Idaho
I got it!
"If you are female and not a virgin," does that make sense to you?

^No. I was kind of shocked to see that when I looked up the table that had all of the ages of consent for the US states. I knew Idaho was 14 and figured that would be the lowest, but that is what I found. The weirdest part is that the legislation that showed put that definition in place was passed some time in 2004 or 2005. ???
Shouldn't we distinguish between with parents consent and without? The parental consent age is lower in many states because when a girl gets pregnant the state didn't want to stand in the way of marriage. Still, 15? Yikes!
Why? you lookin' for holiday tips?
Gotta be South Carolina...
Or not...
12 years of age in Mississippi? That's legalised pedophilia! How can that that be acceptable?
12 is the legal age of consent in Japan... or it used to be about five years ago. I watched a show on what a bunch of pervs they all are over there! ;) (gotta renew my passport!)
hung-up on numbers?
I'm guessing it's the state with the highest percentage ratio of school paddling in the nation...
it has to be btw hawaii or mississippi..i mean come on.. white trash freakin Ms and aHOha hawaii..... or it could be idaHO...who knows
Voted : Virginia
That is where Bill Clinton dated Monica L.
This is my guess...
My home state, Ohio, is 17.
But define virginity. What if a girl in Mississippi was molested before her 12th birthday? Would that count as not being a virgin?
