Thought it might be. The question is tho. whats the fatality rate of these accidents?
I have a question about this too, how did they go about doing thier research, considering that the american interstate system is probably what, a good 20 times larger than the autobahn?
Also, how do you attribute to the number of vehicles in relation to the sizes also? There are far and away more trucks on American roads than on European roads (if I remember my International Business classes correctly), little things like that can make a heck of a difference.
I don't know, I guess I'd have to see how they came up with their results, seems to me there is no real decent way to compare the two.

In Germany they remove drunk drivers from the streets and also have fewer illegal aliens that don't know how to drive. I wouldn't be surprised if getting a license is more difficult than in the US.
Voted : The US Interstate system's accident rate is 20 times as high as that of the Autobahn.
Given that Americans just can't f***ing drive...I'll go with this one.
