With a more reasonable leader? Thats easy. Its naming one with a less reasonable leader that is tough. But, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Sudan and a few others come to mind.
Hey don't knock Bush. He's a simple man. He can't go for a bicycle ride, eat a pretzel or read a children's book without getting into all sorts of hilarious scrapes!
