Would you rather live out your entire life on life support? Would you rather live life as a human vegetable, so brain damaged you are unable to talk, walk or feed yourself? I wouldnt, so i believe that in extreme cases like these, mercy killings should be carried out.

There are many many cases where euthanasia would be very welcome,
under the right circumstances, such as a board of doctors,family members,lawyer, etc.
Do not be afraid of death, children,
it awaits us all.

If a person so chooses to end their own life, that is up to them. If an animal was suffering the way some human beings are they would be spared the misery and pain, no different really.
I find it acceptable. Under some circumstances being alive doesn't worth the trouble.
I'm mixed on both.
