In 1981, actress Natalie Wood supposedly drowned while on a boating trip with then-husband Robert Wagner and family friend (or was he?) Christopher Walken.

There has been a lot of speculation over this matter over the years, and I'm curious to see what you think.

COMMENTS:
She was drunk. She could barely swim. She had a fear water. It was night. She was alone, staggering around a boat dock.

Badda boom, badda bing, with the fishes, Natalie does sing.

I don't care if he killed her or not; Christopher Walken will ETERNALLY kick ass.

Nah. Can't think of a reason for them to do so.

AMA stats: about 51-52% of all drownings are assoc. with some prior consumption of alcohol.
I know: it nearly happened to me, in a pool.

Being slightly drunk is all it takes
to slow down your reflexes and reaction time!
She prob. bonked her head on the way in,
gulped in a moutfull or two,
which hit the glotis at the back of the throat, sent it into spasm,
and was well on her way to ingesting two lungfulls of water, within miliseconds.
Doesn't take much, not when you've had a few!

I agree with Cranky. She was drunk and it was a accident.

I have heard people say they will not watch movies with either of them in the cast because of this conspiracy. Personally I'm not going to boycott Austin Powers movies or Blast from the Past, even if they DID do it...

Too bad though because she was hot.

Voted : Yes
I have done excesive research on Natalie's death . There are to many coinsidenced's . To many to name . I would name a few but then again I wouldn't because they don't seem logical without a explanation of how they are logical . If you do the research you will find out . You have to really look for the answers . I have done alot of searching and I still am not done . I am not taking shots, but as far as I am concerned I can not look past the strange facts that keep altering my thoughts that she was murderd .

I heard she had DEFENSIVVE wounds on her hands and something was under her nails and had a broken fingernail. Aslo that the wounds look like someone or something was smashed against her fingers as if she was trying to get back on the boat.
