Operator: Why do you want to die?

Caller: I am HIV Positive

Operator in a hostile voice: WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT?

Caller: I don’t know

Operator: LISTEN, I RECEIVE HUNDREDS OF CALLS A WEEK, SPEAK TO YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT THIS, (HANGS UP PHONE)

Why did the suicide operator do this?

A total ASSHOLE	47%

I would have to say that that operator should be fired. Perhaps you should file a complaint and then try again -- the next time you call will probably be a lot better.
