It should be North Korea since North Korea already has everything to start another world war. But the US doesn't want to invade North Korea because there's little economic gain in that so the government wants us to think it's Iran. IMO, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan should be a greater concern for Israel, rather than Iran.

"IMO, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan should be a greater concern for Israel, rather than Iran."

Correction: They are a greater threat (to Israel) than Iran.

North Korea hasn't threatened the annihilation of another country the last time I checked. Iran has. Iran should be more of a concern to the world.

Tough call.

Probably. Iran has greater ties to terrorism, and a religion that would probably make it acceptable to start wwIII so long as they could kill jews and christians in the process. Communists at the very least don't believe in an afterlife, so while they're perfectly willing to kill their subjects by the millions they are invariably motivated by their own concern for self-preservation.

Plus, if north korea wanted to attack us they'd do it directly, and suffer the consequences directly. If iran wanted to do it, they could always use one of the allah-knows how many terrorist organizations they bankroll and stand a chance of getting away with it.

FiddleFaddleOnLSD- North Korea has threatened Japan and South Korea. But always the American emphasis on Israel?

If Japanese diplomats are scratching their heads over the American preocupation and obsession with Israel, they are not alone. I have never understood the Israel obsession in the US. It annoys me mostly.

North Korea has been aggressive toward Seoul and Tokyo, and they already have nukes. On August 31, 1998, North Korea launched what was initially believed to be a two-stage Taepodong 1 (TD1) missile eastward over Japan. Whereas Iran has merely been suggesting what they have always insisted and what Hamas has always insisted: that the state of Israel should be replaced by a Palestinian state. And they do not have nuclear weapons yet. they may have an intention to eventually get them. But intention is not enough when compared with the imminent threat North Korea poses to Seoul and Tokyo, whom I personally think are more important partners, not only for iealistic reasons that they have a larger population and are already directly threatened, but also for realist reasons that they are engine of that section of the global economy.

Besides which, North Korea is who gave Iran so much technology in the first place. Even if you stop Iran from getting uranium enrichment, North Korea will just send nuke tech on to another nation like Syria, etc. North Korea is the one that already has the tech and is actively trying to spread it, and ahs threatened two major nations of the Free World.

But then again, the emphasis on poor dear Israel. Forget Japan and South Korea, what about precious little Israel? No, I really don't understand the Israel emphasis. Nor the American visits to Europe where they insist about talking about Israel's security.

North Korea is a known situation ... IMO, Iran is another puffed-up Iraq-II situation.

Iran is full of insane Muslims, need I say more ?

I go with Iran. North korea already has nukes and has fired any so i dont think they have any intentions on using them. I believe all that stuff they said about firing them was to try and make the u.s fear them more which actually backfired. Now Iran on the otherhand is building up there army with 12 million troops. But see at the same time i think but nations are nothing. If Iran wanted to go to war with the U.S they should'nt find it hard being as that we are right next to them in Iraq.
Both nations are only talk.
