I don't know if any of those countries can be said to be widely 'hated.'
If it had to be just from this list, I'd guess it depended on whether the Chinese had enough of a consensus as to who they hated -- since they definitely have the largest population.

Yes, there is a lot of frustration and anger at the US, due in no small part to the idiocy of the Bush Administration, but to assert that the US is 'the most hated' ... I think that may be a stretch.

Rome is always hated for lots of reasons, principally fear and envy.

Depends what part of the world you are in I suppose. I would also say that dislike of the US in most cases refers to the govt not the country itself.
