I definitely would NOT sell it for any 'market.' It would either be hoarded by the Power Elite or distributed to spark a huge population crisis.
At first, I would tell no one. I'd have to think carefully about how to deal with it. It would be like being the winner of the largest lottery in the history of the world.
Once you've "outed" this knowledge, your life will never again be your own.
Without pause. Any means to stick it to the drug companies, I'd accept with glee.
