I don't do it for all of the users, but when I find that they have posted a ballot I like or some interesting comments, I will try to help them out. Some times it may just be about better phrasing, etc of a ballot or to help them out if they have questions. I have sent some aura because the closing ballot thing doesn't seem to work. Also, if they have posted some really good ballots and are still rated clear, I will try to rate them up.
I don't do this for all users as many don't post or don't post much. I try to see what kind of person they are.

I used to, but I didn't get any replies. Maybe I should do it with my clothes on next time.

fiddlefaddle Keithsheen were the first to welcome me it helped me so I try to whenever I can. don't get to them all but i have welcomed some as i can and i am still a fairly new user and still learning
