I *think* it's broadband. I really don't know. When the guy came in to install it, I stayed out of the way.
I hate it too! Alas, I am too poor to upgrade to broadband : (
some of us can't, even if we have the $$ to do it.

My brother has broadband. After I use it for a while and then return to my house, when I log on, the slowness of my connection makes me wanna scream.

DSL. It takes me about 20 minutes to do a search that took four hours with dial up.
