Its no secret that they took it down before it collapsed. BEFORE. That has never been in question. Why people want to make it a conspiracy is beyond me. If if had fallen uncontrolled, the mess, chaos and damage it would have caused to surrounding buildings would have been extreme. MY theory is that, since the building was directly opposite one of the impacts, it got flaming stuff thrown at it, like blood spatter from an exit wound. then it burned enough, took enough structural damage, that they "pulled" it like they said before they changed their story. but that's a guess, and there's very little to go on, so there SHOULD be a complete investigation.
the way that building fell is just like a controlled demolition, almost looking like an intact building sinking into the ground. but it usually takes a long time to set up a thing like that, and i can't picture it taking the exact amount of damage on it's own. this is stuff that needs to be found out, because i can't make sense of it.

The building was badly damaged by the collapse of the north tower - it was well within range, it certainly wasn't two block away as it sat just over vesey street.
Firefighters reported a 20 story gash in the south face of the building and a buldging in the structure. Firefighters had predicated some kind of collapsed several hours beforehand.
There is also video available looking along vesey street (west to east) that shows smoke pooring out of almost every level.
It would have taken month to set up a demolition of this kind. It's collapse showed many similarities, but also many differences when compared to a controlled demolition.
I would welcome an investigation. NIST are currently undertaking one.

An explosive demolition is exactly what the WTC north and south towers looked like. Big booms and looking much like a cauliflower-shaped cloud.
Nobody is making up the term. Explosive demolitions have been around a lot longer than implosive demolitions.
There was a famous explosive demolition that went wrong at an old hospital in Canberra, Australia. A girl was killed by the flying debris.
Both types of controlled demolitions (IMplosive and EXplosive) are used commonly, in different situations. Maybe instead of displaying your ignorance so openly you would've been smarter to go and look the term up instead of saying "There is no such thing" like a complete moron.

The NIST engineers have been struggling to find a rational reason for YEARS and have long delayed their report because the WTC 7 collapse fitted every aspect of a controlled demolition, and went down exactly like an extremely well planned, perfect implosive demolition.
Just as the case with the collapses to the north and south WTC towers, NIST has not been able to simulate the collapses with the empirical data. All the data when put through the simulations, even using the worst case scenarios resulted in NO COLLAPSE.

Using metallographic analysis, NIST determined that there was no evidence that any of the samples had reached temperatures above 600 ºC. Kevin Ryan of UL had cited a similar figure (250C).
It's a FACT that there were hundeds of witnesses to explosions at the WTC buildings, and that their claims are supported by video evidence showing lines of explosions blowing out the floors before the falling debris could reach those floors, and there's seismic data showing impossibly short tremors revealing the use of explosives in those controlled demolitions.

Just an observation:
The bottom line of visible windows moves in the same frame as the roof!!
Each floor up, there appears to be a greater deflection in the horizontal lines of the window.
Because of this, I'd hypothesise that:
The basement level was the first bit to drop; collapsing just a fraction, but enough to instigate a kind of chain reaction of one floor dropping just a little, the next dropping just a little more resulting in the max (and most visible) deflection being at roof level.
There may have been bombs in the building/basement (which housed a subway stn), but if I had planned a controlled demolition of the WTC, and new I could bring down the twin towers, then this building would have meant nothing to me.
The social/political/economic impact would have already been made by the felling of the towers and I would not have risked anything on the dwarfed impact of felling this one. (unless I'm missing something about this building and who/what it house)
