COMMENTS:
While there may be rare exceptions, that does seem to be the rule.
Going from nothing to $1 million is almost impossible.
Going from $1 million to $2 million is almost inevitable.
The best way to make a small fortune in life, is to start with a large one.
All I do is spend money on luxuries like, rent, food, heating, electricity etc..
Don't seem to make money, that isn't due to a gamble.
