Since citizenship isn't required for buying a lottery ticket, they should get what they paid for. Then they could afford to live where they want. Or you could deport the lottery winner and their winnings both, and let them spend their money in Mexico. Voted : No, they're not eligible Hell no, how will they be taxed with no social security number?

I think there are rules to buying a lottery ticket. I know you have to be 18 and if you aren't you can lose your winnings. I think citizenship is also a requirement. So if they broke the rules they should lose whatever they won. I'm guessing you put this ballot under the "joke ballot" category because you fear that somebody will rate you down?

Voted : Yes, let them keep the money The lottery commission should expect to make pay outs to whoever they accept money from. Voted : Yes, let them keep the money then deport them I find it sad and ironic that a nation that was founded by immigrants seems to have such hostility and intolerance for them now.
