Army scientist Bruce Ivins "was the only person responsible" for anthrax attacks in 2001 that killed five and rattled the nation, the Justice Department said Wednesday, backing up the claim with dozens of documents all pointing to his guilt.

I have heard and read why they think they "have" their man, sadly Mr. Irvins committed suicide so we may never be totally sure... I can't help but recall the other gentleman they were accusing and dogging (a Mr. Hatfield) until very resently when they finally relented and settled out of court for ruining his life, and then there was that security guard guy accused in 1996 of placing a pipe bomb at the Atlanta Ga Olympics (Richard A. Jewell) who was later found to not have been the culprit, so, do you think they got it right (circumstancial evidence) or do you feel they may just want to close the books on this case as solved ?

Since the Guv'mint was *so sure* that it was Hatfill ab initio, only to see that case dissolve, I really have my doubts. I do hope I'm wrong, though...
