Voted : Yellow means "Go like Hell"
I once received a ticket in Michigan for running an "Amber" light. Sheesh!
Voted : It Depends
We've got "redlight" cameras at many intersections and if a picture of your car is taken after the light goes to red while you are still in the intersection, you may recieve a $75.00 ticket in the mail, so I "go like hell" to avoid getting "caught" in the intersection. On the other hand I will stop if It turns amber before I am actually in the intersection, but you have to be aware of whether or not an "idiot" is tailgating you and can't or won't stop...

^That happened to my ex-husband once. He thought the woman in front of him was also going to run the yellow light, but she didn't, so he ended up hitting her car. What a dumb-ass!

On distance to the light, my speed at the time and whether there are cars in or near the intersection considering stupid acts.
Voted : It Depends
It depends on how close I am, what the road conditions are, and who's behind me. I always slow down at intersections anyway because I never know when someone else might run a red light or some person decides to go jaywalking. Given that, I think I've run maybe four red lights my whole life. Two of those were out of sheer stupidity on my part. The other two were to keep from getting rear-ended by an 18-wheeler going way over the speed limit in a small town 45mph zone.
