[+] serious ballot by vitasveritas

If the image doesn't post, this ballot might be null and void, but I hope not. The image is an example of someone's artistic representation of the flags of the world. I have yet to identify the artist, and yet I am making an inference already. You tell me: Is it valid? Here goes... I am inferring that the artist comes from a culture whose flag is represented FRONT and CENTER. I think the artist is a Brit, or perhaps an American with Anglophile leanings, as the US Flag is above and to the right on the globe. What do you think? Are inferences such as these safe, or presumptuous?

The British flag is front and center. So I would have to assume this was done by a Brit.

The artist could be a Republican as well.
