Vegas already has a tropical theme called the Mandalay Bay. I was a gardener there, lol. Ooooo, a magic theme would be cool.

Sitcom theme might be funny. Everytime you order a drink, get change, or book a room an amusing African American Midget goes crosseyed and asks "Whutcha Talkin 'bout Willis?"
