I live in Alabama. I know it's illegal to drive barefooted. Not sure about the rest, but, knowing this state, I'm going to guess all of them.

Alabama has plenty of company. Up until the mid 1980's everything in Massachusetts closed on the sabbath (Sunday). Everything. There are laws still on the books 300+ years old, before the creation of the United States of America, regarding stuff like sodomy and witchcraft.
