if you use freedom of speech to intimidate or discourage other. then freedom of expression is use also. but then if i was to say i wanna kill the president. then i know imma get locked up. if i was to flip off a police officer then i know imma get a sitation for it. know what i mean. i just used freedom of speech and freedom of expression. but then theres no point of saying it and expression if i know imma get locked up or get a sitation for it. cus there is freedom or limit in freedom. just listen to 2 live crew "banned in the usa" Yes of course it does. If you use your freedom of speech and the only point is to stop discussion or to limit other's speech then yes it is no longer freedom of speech it is repressive speech.

No. If you use your right to speak freely to keep others from exercising their right to do the same, then there's something most rotten in the state of Denmark.

Sorry, hit "enter". What would be wrong is hypocrisy. "I can do this until my arms fall off, but you can't."

It's a trick question. "If you use your freedom of speech..." Suppression can NEVER equal freedom! So it's impossible to use your "Freedom of Speech" to intimidate others, because it's not freedom of speech you're using anymore; it's terrorism. |
