Peter Griffin! This is obviously stereotyping, and still exists for some of the world. Who said it? Haven't a clue. I do think, though, that the heat and humidity of the south almost require folks to operate at a slower pace in the summer, and this may be where this particular aspect of the stereotype came from.

Actually Peter Griffin is wrong. It is technically Seth MacFarlane who said it. Thier is some truth in that but add that the black guys also complain about the white and thier you go. sigh, more white male bashing

lol...haha peter griffin...lmao good ole peter...well i'm from the south and there are some that do complain but they are the ones most of us don't associate with. they always manage get their ignorant asses on the news though, so no wonder the rest of the world thinks we are redneck idiots |
