I started 3 days ago.

actually, it's not fair to say I've been fasting for 3 days, because I start the fast by easing into it using vegan diet, followed by juice only.

so I am on the water only part for only 1 day.

how long do you think I will last?

I will revisit the ballot when I am finished with it.

Why are you doing this?
cleansing cycle I do it every 6 mo or so. it also brings down my hypertensive blood pressure, the only thing that have proven to bring it down.
