Voted : decline There is much less activity since the time I started entering B&W. There are far fewer ballots and comments are scarce. Years ago, if you made a comment on a ballot, you'd find it way down at the bottom of the page by the end of the day. Today, hardly anybody responds (comparatively) to new ballots. See, almost 24 hours later and no other responses. A few years ago everybody and his brother would have had an opinion.
