Help, I'm trying to figure out how to go to sleep. Normally, between 5 pm and 6pm when I'm on my way home, I keep drifting off to sleep. It is so incredibly hard to stay awake, I have to struggle every minute to stay awake until I get home. I can't allow myself to fall asleep or I'll never be able to get home.

But when I get home I'm instantly busy. I'm on the internet, web surfing, watching shows, paying bills, playing games, preparing clothes, cooking food, and this typically last to about 12 am to 1 am in the morning, and I have to get up 6 o'clock in the morning.

I do this everyday and I am sick and tired of it. Has anyone else gone through this and how can I stop it?

Music, music, music!
Because you touch yourself at night, during the day, in front of children, etc.

Forgot to mention I think the problem is once I get home I just have way too much energy. I'm up all night long until I realize I'm up way too late and I need to go to bed.
Voted : Music, music, music!
If you are driving, have the radio station tuned onto incredibly loud and mind bending metal. If you are on a bus, do this with your personal radio. Singing anything to yourself while driving keeps the mind fresh also.
Then create a routine you follow diligently at home. You will have to become your own parent in this situation and set up ground rules. If you strive to be true to your own sense of dignity, it will become more and more difficult to allow yourself to do harmful things to yourself--like maintaining unhealthy sleeping or eating habits, as well as habits.
as well as OTHER habits, I meant to say.
Thank you, this is really great advice! It will help me a lot.
You need to change your job. It probably saps all your energy. Your car is an extension of your happy home and it becomes a sanctuary after a day of drudgery. And then when you finally get home you do what makes you happy.
