Seattle Attorney Andrew Basiago claims that as a child, he was teleported back in time during U.S. Government secret Time Travel experiments in the 1970's.

He claims he was sent back to the time of Lincoln's Gettysburg address, and appears in a photo taken that day.

I've provided a link to this story below.

Is this guy just a Snake Oil Salesman trying to start his own Time Travel DVD/Book/Speech franchise to make money or is there an element of truth to what he is claiming?
