Babylon 5 was never cancelled. It went to completion. Babylon 5 was the a great series, Iwish they could have made a spin off show about the Telepath wars as Bester was so hissable. The 'Legend of the Rangers' tele-movie was obviously an attempt at relaunching the babylon 5 universe, but the whole thing stank of Crusade for the MTV generation. Remember 'The Corps is Mother, the Corps is Father'

cancelled usually mans the network wouldnt show/underwrite it. Farscape is a prime example. Buffy wast cancelled, it was finished. The only ever episode of Assignment: Earth was the pilot, It was shown as an episode of the original Star Trek. I suggest you read The Eugenics Wars by Greg Cox, those books show what an awesome series it would have been. I only have to pick one? That's not fair.
