How many is just right or too many?
I met a mexican the other day and he admitted he had 15 kids! (10 boys 5 girls)
He also let it slip he was getting government freebies for them. (he did not say what the ages where) but he did say he got them working as soon as possible so HE could spend more time at home.
I gathered he was a illegal and one of those raping the US of freebies.
