What was the single factor that caused Germany to lose the war! I havent put USA entering the war because i feel theyre role was incedental and that the uk`s choice to go against hitler was the only thing that made it possible for them to join anyway! So I`m leaving this ballot choice open because i know that i can trust you not to put "because we joined in"
