Every time I go to a Convenience Store, half the people in line are buying 1 pack of cigarettes. Are they so dumb they never think to keep an extra pack in the car with them. Why don't they buy 3 packs so they won't run out again.? Duh! Why do they do this?

They can buy them at 1/2 the price in France
