A judge in Oakland struck down California's controversial high school exit exam Monday, issuing a tentative ruling suggesting the test is unfair to some students who are shortchanged by substandard schools.

This unfair and racist exit exam tested to see if students could read, write and perform basic math skills (the most racist and discriminatory of all classes). If they failed they could not graduate. If they passed they could, simple enough.

Now, thankfully, this heroic progressive judge has struck down this unfair law, guaranteeing the right of a HS diploma to all, even the illiterate and math challenged, and those who lack the basic skills for even the simplest tasks in the real world (but they can all get jobs mopping floors or flipping burgers).

Do you think giving students a diploma when they have clearly learned nothing will improve the quality of education in California?
