DO YOU SUPPORT THE DEATH PENALTY IN CASES OF CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY?

[+] serious ballot by Applerod
ACTIVE Fri Dec 08, 06 - Tue Sep 01, 09

To use an example, let us imagine if Hitler had been captured alive. We know that Hitler was (the person most directly) responsible for the deaths of approximately ten million people. Would you support the death penalty in that case and in other cases of crimes against humanity?

Also, would mass murder qualify as a crime against humanity? For example, when Timothy McVeigh exploded a truck and killed 168 people, would that constitute a crime against humanity? Or in the case of Gary Ridway, known as the Green River Killer, who murdered 49 women (confirmed) and likely many more than that, would that be sufficient to constitute a crime against humanity and therefore warrant the death penalty?

I personally have mixed feelings about the death penalty, but what do you think?
(P/Cr. herzog)

Yes, I support the death penalty (only) in cases of crimes against humanity
No, I am opposed to the death penalty in 100% of cases without exception
I already support the death penalty in general
