First childbirth. 22 hour labour, but unfortunately started late in the day. I can't remember the last 12 hours though, I was too far gone.

Triple- shifts at Ford, with overtime on all three, when I worked the assembly line (Friday night shift, Saturday day & night shifts).

I began playing in a Risk tournament when I was a frosh in college on a Friday night. I was killing everyone in sight, had whittled the field down from 31 to three, myself included, and would've taken them out, had the sun not chosen that moment to hit me square in the eyes, making me look at my watch to see that I'd been three days without food. I threw the contest, went straight to brunch.

48 hours. Due to my full time graveyard shift job, and my near full time day schedule in my junior year at university, I had to stay awake from Monday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon. If anyone drew a blood sample from me, it would have been near 100% french roast coffee I figure!
I kept this up for the entire 10 week quarter. I got pretty ill towards the end.

and just before that I had done 48-hour stint and only slept for 4 hours. and before that I had done a 24 hour stint with only 2 hours sleep in all I did these 7 days straight (it was a Sunday to a Sunday) with only 6 hours sleep because had gone to church and I was working a graveyard shift and working a day job and moving at the same time and on the last day and night I was cleaning my apartment to get the deposit with my dad the only problem was that my dad was 1400 miles away but I would have sworn that my dad helped me clean the apartment that I was moving out of when you go that long it messes with your head BIG TIME. when I got home and asked my wife where my dad was and told her that my dad helped me all night she put me to bed where I slept for 24hours with only getting up 1 time to go to the restroom. I know tmi lol

I was just reminded of a session of sleeplessness I did when I was at Annapolis, five days and change without. I block it out from time to time, because I did lose it, literally, began berating people and accusing them of doing tasks I'd long since completed and forgotten about, in my fatigue-wracked brain.
