Well, I haven't had any "accidents" yet, only because I take the Purple Pill at the same time every day, so its effects kick in at the same time every day, keeping me well within safety limits. But I do have muscle jerks and coordination problems, occasional dizziness and sexual problems (hydraulics offline, thanks for making me say that in front of millions). All in order to breathe easier. Mixed bags.
