I'm getting married in April and I am twenty - so I'll vote for this one and hope that I’m right. Voted : late 20's I almost married in my early 20s. Looking back on it now, I think it would've been a mistake, because I wasn't very mature emotionally. Fidelity is a major issue to consider, as well. You young folk like to sow your oats.

Voted : 16 - 18 I should have married young. in ideal society., where extended family and tribal group structure groups exist, 18 would be ideal. in the modern society, where individualism rule, I would say more like late 30's/ Voted : Doesn't matter When you meet the right one, it does not matter of you are 24 or 84.

What Forgetmenot said. I personally think mid to late-20's is the proper time to get married. I took a class in relationship psychology and getting married any age before 23 is taking a risk. From then on up is more suitable for getting married. I don't plan on getting married till I'm about 26 which is 7 years from now =/ that's just because the girl I'm with (been with for 2 years) wants to wait that long. However it'll probably be that long anyway. However I think if you have met the right one and you feel like it's time, go for it no matter what your age is.
