Voted : yes In a case like the one described, definitely. i'm not asking the likelihood of winning the case, i'm asking if it is right to try it as murder. i argee with thesoothsayer, only when the person actually dies should it be pursued. Voted : no But it should still carry up to a life sentence as it still displays a blatant disregard for human life, as murder does.
