[+] serious ballot by SiouXLea

I just held a big Bolivian boa constrictor, a buttermilk racer and a gray-banded king snake. It was awesome.
-----
A friend, who does snake presentations in schools, etc, came by with these three.

I've known two people to have them as pets. One was a Red Tail Boa, the other was a Ball Python. I used to find them in the yard as a kid and (as long as they weren't poisonous or agressive) pick them up to let them crawl around my hand and arm. Living in the woods, we find rat snakes under the porch sometimes and have even found a couple in the house. I won't kill them because they're harmless (unless you're a rodent), so I just put something on it's neck so it can't bite (they can be aggressive) and then pick him up and put him outside on a tree where the dogs won't bother him.

^ Cornflakes, lol.

Have never held a boa but I did get to hold a huge albino python at a wildlife park. It was really, really heavy - and looked extremely hungry, too.
