[+] serious ballot by forgetmenot

The record had belonged to my grandmother. It was from around the early 60’s. It had a picture of a woman in a straw hat with a piece of straw in her mouth. I think she was wearing a yellow shirt. The background color of the record cover was black or mainly black.

My record was lost when I moved out of my parent’s house. The name of one of the songs on the record was "Delightful". I “think” all the songs were was instrumental.

I think another of the songs was called “Mountain Trail”.

It was a cheap record but it meant a lot to me.

Any help at all would be very appreciated.

I'll try to help

Do you remember whom might have produced it? If you know anyone else who was around the 1960s that might know, perhaps ask him/her?

Shirley Bassey?(sp?)

^Thanks, scotchierules, but it was all instrumental, no singing. It was a cheap record mill type thing. I'll probably never find it but I loved it as a little girl. There was nobody famous on it.

The only thing I remember is the picture on the cover and one song name. I emailed the Library of Congress thinking there might be a registry of songs but they told me that since song titles cannot be copyrighted, there is no list of songs. Come to think of it, what they said does not make much sense.
