this is happening more and more thanks to DNA evidence. After their lives are ruined...do you believe the way I do that they should be given a lump sum of money. just for all the pain and suffering. I mean,what are the chances of them getting a good job?

David Milgarrd in Canada got 10 million for serveing 22 years for a murder he didnt commit, he deserved the money,but i'm sure that he would rather have the 22 years back

If there was police or prosecutorial misconduct, those who lied or tampered with evidence should be jailed for the same amount of time. Institute this as law, and you'd see a lot less lying cops.
