Japan may have almost twice our GDOP but it has more than double our population. As British_Bloke_Mk_II also correctly pointed out, a nation's power is measured by a nation's military and the British military is significantly stronger. Both now and in the future. But get any Japanese car you want, modify in any way you want and then race it against a TVR Speed 12 in any style of race, endurance race, drag race, track race, whatever and the TVR Speed 12 will annihilate it. Japan's great cars like the Mitsubishi and the Evo get destroyed by TVRs and Nobles in any race. Thing is that the Nazis weren't the only enemy in WWII. We wanted to focus on Japan 1st even though Germany decalred war on us. We helped you guys out in Europe because Churchill really wanted us to. Sure WWII got us out of the depression, but like I will always say, it was team effort of Britain, Russia and the U.S. PS: I still think spitfires were better than messerschmidt, not only because of RADAR and more expirenced men.
