clothespin Yep, go to your doctor and he will set you up for a sleep study. Then, once they see that you have it, they will give you a CPAP machine. You wear a little mask at night while you sleep. It blows extra air into your nose and you don't wake yourself up from choking and snoring. I was tested for it and I stopped breathing 116 times in a hour! Really Ken, you will feel twenty years younger if you would do this. I couldn't believe the difference it made. If it goes on too long, it can kill you. Gently apply pillow over nose of snorer. Hold firmly in place until snoring stops completely. May take up to 4 minutes, but will be permanent.
