Had a few beers with a Canadian/US dual citizen last night, he has 2 drivers licences, one from Alberta, one from Texas. He said that when he gets a speeding ticket in Alberta, he uses his Texas drivers licence and they mail the ticket to Texas, so I said well I guess you would use your Alberta drivers licence in Texas, he said no or I would have to pay the ticket in cash. Would that be considered guilty until proven innocent?

Most citation's in Texas are handled in road side cash transactions/agreements... just like Mexico, Nigeria and Columbia!
Cash is the greatest resolution to proving innocents.

But the troopers are always so hot with those cute texan accents... "yes officer, I deserve the stiffest fine you can give me"... :)
