No devastating trades on my football team but my football team has picked up a lot of good players and will be a playoff contender this year. I know I'm going out on a limb by saying "my team" the DETROIT LIONS will go to the playoffs this coming season but I'm still feeling pretty good about them..

Burress left the Steelers because of free agancy plus I knew Cowher wasn't going to resign him for big money with all the stupid mistakes he makes.

They'll be just fine with Hines Ward and Antwaan Randle El, a healthy Jerome Bettis and Duce Staley and a starting quarterback who has only lost once and that was in the AFC Championship.

Can you believe Doug Brien missed all those field goals in the game against the Steelers?

Guess where the Lions play their season finale on New Years Day?
