"Under" simply is awkward to use in my experience. That said, I'm a bit surprised by the huge number supporting "over." I expected it to be more even. Go "over"! Under makes the teepee easier to break off. I'm in the "under" minority, and I'm darn proud of it!

Under seems to be more efficient for me. I suppose that could vary with the individual.
