Spencer had her 4th parole hearing a fortnight ago and once again was turned down. She's eligible again in 10 years, when she's 57.
School mass shootings were unheard of until she took a liking to red and blue jackets and made Bob Geldof a star, all at the tender age at 16. You go girl!

A janitor & Principal of the school was killed, 8 children and 1 police officer injured when one Monday morning she opened fire from a window of her house across the street from the school with a .22 calibre rifle.

Since then, there's been a number of school mass murders. Is Spencer being sentenced for all other school shootings that followed, and will she ever be released?
