The ballots that guests make will be available for guest choices and comments but they will not be shown on any list - so unless they invite other people to come and make comments and whatnot, the ballot will just wither away. When there are a long string of comments, taking entries out makes the list of comments disjointed and noncongruent. I recently modified the referral pages for people to invite others to the site, by sending them an email with a ballot embedded in it. try sending some interesting ballots to people you know. I would love to see 250k hits a day, which would mean my ranking would actually show up on alexa. this site was once 9000th most popular site on the web. let's see if we can get it there, without guest entries. to the naysayers, ever since I stopped taking abusers and spammers hitting the site via guest entry, the traffic has been actually increasing for the last 6 months. no comments. : add comment blog entry small correction : zero entry correctedentry #45. posted on 1:38am Jul 15, 2009 - mood: happywhen you made a ballot/quiz with one of the choices being 0 (zero), it didn't show up (script thought zero meant empty) now all 0 entries are automatically translated to the word "zero", and they do show up in the choice field. no comments. : add comment blog entry volunteers neededentry #44. posted on 10:12am Jul 14, 2009 - mood: happyI am terrible at designing a website with a pleasing look and feel (as you already know) if you are good at making a good looking site, please send me the source code of a sample page.
